Delivery Policy – Products, Services
Customer must keep proof of the delivery receipt
Customer must keep confirmation of shipping receipt and purchase order sent to the registered customer.

Customers will receive payment confirmation by email or WhatsApp, within 24 hours of purchase.

Refund Policy – Products, Services
No refunds are issued for any products or services bought on the website or via WhatsApp.
If a wrong product is sent to the customer, client, the customer can keep the wrong product or discard it - except in the case of Swar Gusta Luggage products. Swar Gusta Luggage products must be returned in the original condition, to the return address provided by the customer service agent. The customer order will be reprocessed and the correct product will be sent to the customer, client. The customer will also get a credit posted (discount voucher) to their account, for future purchase on the website or on WhatApp.
If a product is defective - customer must return the product to the return address provided by the customer service agent. A new product will be sent to the customer, client as replacement.
